Training is Monday to Saturday. Mornings are perfect if you want to focus, with fewer people and a more focused pace.

7:00 - 8:00AMRunning or Rope SkippingTypically 4-5 km jogging with or skipping rope. Running distances will typically vary between fighters and their preferences.
8:00AM - 8:10AMDynamic StretchingThis period of time is used for dynamic stretching exercises, to prepare muscles for Muay Thai.
8:10AM - 8:20AMShadowboxing3-4 Rounds of 3 minutes -or- one 10 minute session where you increase pace slowly. In breaks between your rounds do 10-20 pushups or crunches.
8:20AM - 8:35AMHeavy Bag WorkKicks, punches, knees, kicks, elbows and other Muay Thai techniques in full strength on the Heavy Bag. Vary all techniques. 4-5 rounds of three minutes or 15 minutes. In the round breaks, do light stretching.
8:35AM - 9:30AMPad WorkPad work with trainer. Trainer will hold pads according to what you need to focus on.
9:05AM - 9:15AMKick and Knee Training50 Kicks per leg on the heavy bag. (5 sets of 20 kicks). 100 kneeing attacks on the heavy bag (5 sets of 20 shots).
9:15AM - 9:30AMFreeweight ExerciseCrunches and 50-100 pushups (not necessary if executed in the round breaks).
9:30AMCool Down StretchingHave your trainer conduct cool down stretches for your muscles.

3:30 - 3:45PMStretching ShadowboxingDo some stretching to warm up muscles for Muay Thai. Practice shadowboxing for 3-4 rounds of 3 minutes each, or one 10-minute session. Do 10-20 pushups or crunches in breaks.
3:45 - 4:30PMThai Padwork TrainingTrain with a coach for 4-5 rounds, each lasting 4 minutes, using pads. Go as fast and strong as you can. Take breaks with stretching and sit-ups. Coach may adjust rounds for you.
4:30 - 5:00PMClinching and SparringPractice clinching/sparring with partners and trainer. Work on throws and clinch moves for 15 minutes. This might be done twice a week, not every day.
5:00 - 5:20PMKick and Knee Training50 Kicks per leg on the heavy bag. (5 sets of 20 kicks). 100 kneeing attacks on the heavy bag (5 sets of 20 shots).
5:20 - 5:40PMFreeweight ExerciseCrunches and 50-100 pushups (only if you didn’t do them in the round breaks).
5:40 - 6:00PMCool Down StretchingHave your trainer conduct cool down stretches for your muscles.

Our training consists of cardio, heavy bag workout, time with a private trainer, sparring, and clinching.

Silk Muay Thai is a place for individuals to grow stronger together and learn from each other. It is a place to gather and build community.

Our classes are fun and energetic, and children are also welcome with an extra discount. Read more about our offerings here.

Group and Private Sessions

We offer group and private sessions, as well as gym memberships. All our trainers are passionate about Muay Thai and and are always on the lookout for the next great training challenge.

We hold group sessions from Monday to Saturday, 8-10 AM and 4-6 PM.

For private training, please contact us by email or phone to check availability. We offer times when we don’t hold group classes.
